About Justine

It is my honour and privilege to provide support to birthing families. I have always been passionate about pregnancy and birth.  

I know that birth can and should be an empowering experience. My goal is to offer the resources and support you need in order to make the best choices for yourself, your family and your babies.

I am an experienced birth doula offering compassionate and personalized support to expectant families. I am committed to providing a nurturing and empowering experience, rooted in evidence-based knowledge, and tailored to each family's unique needs. My approach focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals and families to confidently navigate the beautiful journey of childbirth and early parenthood. I am proud to provide inclusive, trauma-informed care.

I completed my doula training and certification with DONA in 2018.  In 2020, I completed training and certification as a Holistic Doula with The Matrona. I am a Spinning Babies Aware Practitioner, and a Certified Reiki Level 1 & 2 Practitioner.  I have completed studies in homeopathy and plant medicines.

In addition to birth work, I have a background as a registered social worker, and many years of experience supporting teen parents and  young children. It brings me great joy to see families grow and achieve their full potential.

I am a mother myself, and live in Edmonton with my wife and our two young children. 

When I'm not doing birth work, you'll find me at a local market, drinking wine and eating good food, or exploring in the Rockies.
